For the Swedish Space Agency at the space-themed Book Fair, Big Image translated a brief to create a command bridge backdrop into a cohesive booth environment. Printed surfaces and scenic elements were brought together to support the wider space theme, inviting visitors to explore ideas about space and science through curiosity and conversation.
The Swedish Space Agency reached out to Big Image with a reference image as a starting point. From there, they chose to work with an AI-based approach, as the futuristic setting allowed the concept to be developed with greater flexibility and visual range.
Big Image designed and generated all visual elements for the space — including the main backdrop, stage flooring, fabric-covered bookshelves, pillars, and curtains — ensuring a cohesive expression across every surface. The imagery was then produced and installed as large-scale scenography, transforming the initial idea into a complete spatial environment.
